PARTY PACKAGES
• Private parties for up to 400 people.
• Private party area includes dance floor, sound system, wi-fi, private staff, bags, sand volleyball, lawn pong, and children’s play area.
(Wiffleball available in back tented area only).
• Pickleball is not included with our private events. If pickleball is requested for an event, availability will not be known until the time of the event. If courts are available, they are rented out by the hour for $20 per court.
• There is no charge for the private tented party area and all its amenities, but a food package is required.
• All party packages are priced per person and must be a minimum of 20 adults Monday through Thursday.
(11am through Midnight times available).
• Friday minimum is 40 adults. (11am through Midnight times available).
• Saturday and Sunday Parties are a minimum of 50 adults.
o Saturday time slots are 11am-5pm or 6pm-Midnight.
o Sunday times are anytime between 11am through 10pm.
o Flexible wedding time slots available (See wedding packages).
• All private parties are limited to 6 hours.
• Kids’ pricing is for all children 12 and under. Children 3 and under are free.
• All party packages include soft drinks (coffee also included if requested).
• Open bar packages available. (Private bartenders for parties of less than 75 people available upon request for a fee of $200).
Everyone over 21 gets charged for bar package, exceptions are made for pregnancy and other circumstances.
• White linen is available for the whole event for only $40.
• No bands are allowed but DJs are ok.
• Party package pricing does not include sales tax and 20% gratuity and 2% credit card surcharge.
• $500 party deposit is required to hold/book the requested date. Only cash or corporate checks are accepted for deposit. Remaining balance due the day of the event in cash or credit card. (Deposits are non-refundable but are applied to the remaining balance).
